Kings Bay Village x Showcase: where every screen tells the same story

Kings Bay Village is a large-scale urban renewal by Deicorp in Sydney’s Inner West, including six buildings, 1,185 apartments and a new village heart for Five Dock.

Showcase brought all of it together in one display suite, with software that keeps every screen telling the same story.

Anchored across every screen

The hero aerial and external renders hold across the suite, from the main space through to the meeting rooms, so wherever a buyer sits they’re looking at the same picture. Change the content and every screen changes with it.

The building, answering back

‍A tap on the tablet beside the model brings the floor plan up on screen.

Showcase’s model lighting integration responds instantly, lighting up the floor on the model, so the building always matches the residence being shown.

One tablet, from video to map

The consultant taps Videos on the tablet and Kings Bay Village material plays on the wall. When they scroll through the renders, each one lands on screen as it’s selected.

The 86" flat lay screen puts Showcase’s interactive map at table height, with Five Dock’s streets, the retail precinct and the village green coming to life on screen.

Steered from the tablet and brought up on the wall, it keeps the whole room looking at the same Five Dock.

From the first render to the last, one piece of software holds the whole experience together. At Kings Bay Village, that’s Showcase.
