The suite features two large LED walls, enabling Colliers sales consultants to showcase floor plans, renders, and project content in an immersive way, all controlled seamlessly via tablets.
A custom-built interactive map brings the local lifestyle to life, pinpointing cafes, schools, parks, and community landmarks to help buyers connect with the neighbourhood.

Showcase’s team integrated CASA’s architectural model with lighting. Through our Showcase app, different parts of the model can be illuminated to coincide with vision shown onscreen – such as view lines from the lit-up dwelling, its floor plan, and associated project images.
Together, these elements create a display environment that is interactive, immersive, and designed to give buyers absolute confidence in their decision.
