Walker Street, North Sydney. Thirty storeys. Harbour views from the Bridge to the Heads.
At The Walden by ALAND, that’s exactly the view you get from your living room. Showcase designed the display suite sales experience to ensure buyers feel that scale from the moment they walk in.

At the centre of the suite, the 8-metre curved LED wall does what no flat screen can - it wraps the room and pulls buyers into the vision.
Renders, floorplates, and Harbour views are displayed, at a scale where nothing needs to be explained, and nothing is left to the imagination.
As content shifts on screen, the architectural model follows: floors illuminate, residences are highlighted, amenities are displayed - and for the first time, buyers can literally visualise where they'd live.
That moment of recognition is where decisions are made.

At The Walden, the address does the work. The map makes sure buyers see it.
Showcase's custom-animated interactive map moves through Walker Street's metro connections, waterfront, dining strip and local amenities, turning proximity into something buyers can actually feel rather than just read about.

The Walden display suite isn't a room with good hardware. It's an environment built to match the scale of what ALAND has created on Walker Street, where every screen, every interaction, and every illuminated floor on the model works toward the same outcome: buyer clarity.
It's the point where a North Sydney Harbour address becomes something they can actually picture themselves in.
