Lowe Living wanted the Maison Savoy display suite in Brighton to be as considered as the development itself.
Showcase answered the brief with a curved LED wall that commands the main space, and an immersion room that surrounds buyers in the world of Maison Savoy entirely.
Walk in and the room opens up: a sweeping curved LED wall carrying the full architectural vision of Maison Savoy at a scale that makes the building feel present before a single word is spoken.
Architectural renders, interiors, the Brighton coastline - all of it running through Showcase's presentation software, navigated from a tablet in the consultant's hand.
From the model towards the entrance and the adjoining wall-mounted screen to the Showcase software controlled via the tablet, buyers move through Maison Savoy's residences at their own pace. Floor plans pulled up on demand. Local eateries and boutiques. The curved footprint of the building - legible, immediate, impressive, leaving no room for guesswork.
Step out of the main space and the experience shifts.
The immersion room - two walls, floor to ceiling - surrounds buyers in the world of Maison Savoy. Brighton coastline. Ocean light. The feeling of the place, not just the floor plan.
It's not a presentation anymore. It's a decision.
