Located in one of Melbourne’s most character-filled inner-north neighbourhoods, Thornbury House is a development focused on quality, simplicity and thoughtful design.
Developer Ten:Eight wanted to present the project in a way that differed from standard static marketing collateral and paper floor plans, allowing buyers to understand the vision in a more compelling and interactive way.
So, the Ten:Eight team partnered with Showcase to create a display experience that guides conversation, strengthens storytelling and helps buyers connect with the project from the moment they enter the space.

At the heart of the Thornbury House display suite is a 3m x 1.75m LED wall.
Its scale immediately anchors the room, presenting architectural imagery and videos, lifestyle visuals and project details with striking clarity.
Rather than relying on fixed boards or printed material, the LED display creates a dynamic canvas for the development story to unfold.
Buyers can move seamlessly between neighbourhood context, architectural detail and lifestyle vision, helping them quickly build a clear understanding of the project.
Given Thornbury's diverse neighbourhood full of local eateries and a lively creative scene, Ten:Eight wanted to convey Thornbury House's prime location to its buyers in a combelling way.
Showcase designed an interactive map which sales agents use to explore the surrounding neighbourhood with buyers in real time. Local cafés and restaurants, parks, schools, transport connections and everyday amenities can be toggled on or off, allowing conversations to focus on what matters most to each buyer.
Transport routes can also be animated, helping illustrate just how easily residents can connect to the CBD and its surroundings.
The result is a more engaging way to communicate Thornbury’s colourful lifestyle - transforming location from a static map into an interactive experience.

Showcase powers the entire presentation environment, ensuring content transitions smoothly throughout each sales interaction.
Sales agents control the experience through a Samsung S9 tablet, allowing them to move naturally between different parts of the presentation while maintaining a conversational, personalised approach.
This flexibility makes it easy to adapt the flow depending on buyer questions, curiosity and interest.
Rather than interrupting the discussion, the technology supports it - helping the sales team guide each conversation with confidence and clarity.

At Thornbury House, the display suite does more than showcase images - it supports the entire buyer journey.
By combining large-scale visuals, responsive controls and a carefully considered presentation environment, Showcase helps Ten:Eight communicate the project with clarity.
The result is a display experience that feels as thoughtful and refined as the project itself.
