At Deicorp’s Showground Pavilions display suite in Sydney, the hardware integrated with Showcase presentation software allows for a fluid, informed dialogue between agent and buyer.

The 3.6m x 2m LED wall serves as the gallery's high-impact digital canvas.
Connected to Showcase and positioned adjacent to a meeting table, it ensures every conversation between sales agents and buyers is backed by vivid, large-format visuals that bring the project's vision into immediate focus.
Showcase bridges the gap between the digital screen and the physical model through real-time synchronisation.
In this birds-eye mode, every floor is displayed as a clickable link onscreen, mirrored by a fully illuminated model below. From here, agents can select any level to explore a specific floorplate, offering a sense of scale and orientation that a flat 2D plan simply can’t match.

Location is everything, and the Showcase interactive map ensures it’s clearly understood.
Custom-branded to the project, this animated interface highlights key transport links, local amenities, and lifestyle hubs, transforming a static map into a guided tour of the Sydney Showgrounds precinct and making the neighbourhood's future feel like a present reality.

The entire environment is orchestrated via a Showcase-enabled tablet. Acting as a remote control for the room, it allows agents to trigger content, swap views, and toggle lighting without ever breaking the flow of the presentation.
It’s a sophisticated, remote-first approach that keeps the technology invisible and the buyer's experience seamless.
