Apartments & Developments recorded its strongest year to date, achieving an all-time record in lead volume alongside more than 7 million organic social views.
A sharpened email strategy delivered an average open rate of 38%, with 50% of email leads having finance pre-approval - a clear signal of increased buyer intent and campaign effectiveness across residential projects nationally.

Meanwhile, Showcase expanded rapidly in 2025.
The introduction of the 3D Engine enabled remote selling at a new level, while we delivered Showcase display suite installations for over 85 projects.
The launch of the Showcase Agent Dashboard provides our clients with real time post-appointment buyer insights, replacing guesswork with data-driven decision making.

Development ID continued to scale with confidence, powering $2.25 billion in transactions and facilitating more than 2,000 unconditional sales throughout the year.
The launch of our new purchaser from feature further streamlined our client's workflow, automating the sales advice process for both our clients and their buyers.
