The $500k-$750k bracket led all price ranges in August at 35%, a significant shift from July where the $750k-$1m bracket led at 29%.

The $750k-$1m bracket pulled back to 22%, while the $1.5m-$2m bracket eased to 13% from 15% in July.
The $1.5m-$2m bracket eased modestly from 15% to 13%, while the $1m-$1.5m bracket held steady at 10% - consistent with sub-$500k activity, which also came in at 10%. Above $2m, the market remained largely unchanged month-on-month.
One-bedroom homes continued to lead transactions in August at 58%, up from 52% in July, further consolidating their position as the most in-demand configuration on the platform.
Two-bedroom homes eased from 32% to 30%, three-bedroom from 14% to 11%, while there were no four-bedroom stock transacted in August.
