Across a network of 8,000+ channel agent partners, Development ID recorded $222,166,263 in unconditional sales for July - up 118% compared to June.

The $750k-$1m bracket led all price ranges in July at 29%, up from 28% in June, reinforcing its position as the most consistent segment of the market across recent months.

The $1.5m-$2m bracket was the most notable mover, climbing to 15% from 12% in June, while the $1m-$1.5m bracket pulled back to 13% from 20%. The $500k–$750k bracket saw a significant shift, rising to 18% from 13% in June, as activity spread across a broader range of price points.
The sub-$500k bracket held steady at 9%, down slightly from 10% in June. Activity above $2m remained selective, with $2m-$3m at 7%, $3m-$4m at 6%, $4m-$5m at 2%, and $5m-$7m representing 1% of transactions.
One-bedroom homes led transactions in July at 52%, a notable shift from June where two-bedroom homes accounted for 47% of sales. Two-bedroom stock represented 32% of transactions, with three-bedroom homes accounting for 14%. Four- and five-bedroom homes each made up 1% of activity.

The shift to one-bedroom configuration type leading July marks a meaningful change from recent months, where two-bedroom homes had consistently led transactions.
