McNab's Montague Road development does two things at once: preserves the 19th-century Dixon's Tannery brickwork, and builds 87 apartments behind it.

A 5-metre LED wall driven by Showcase commands the suite, showing off the heritage brickwork, the wellness retreat, and the 87 residences rising above, all rendered at a scale where the full depth of The Tannery becomes clear.
Showcase's model lighting integration anchors the suite alongside the LED walls.
As buyers move through the building on screen, the physical model keeps pace - each floor illuminated in turn, each residence pinpointed, the full scope of The Tannery made tangible in the room.
