With a development centred on wellness, greenery and quiet refinement, Lowe Living needed buyers to feel the serenity of Jardin House before the sales conversation started.
Showcase worked with Lowe Living to design the technology throughout the display suite - consulting on what hardware belongs where, and why.
The result starts with a screen suspended in a planted corridor of palms, ferns and stepping stones, welcoming buyers with tailored Jardin House content before a word has been spoken.

At the heart of the suite, a 4.5-metre LED wall powered by Showcase immerses visitors in the Aurora bathhouse: the 14-metre hydrotherapy pool, the steam room, the cold plunge, the outdoor sauna.

Every element of Jardin House's wellness offering is rendered at a scale where understanding is immediate and the lifestyle becomes impossible to walk away from.
A 100" screen presents the architecture alongside a fully illuminated scale model.
Powered by Showcase's model lighting integration, as sales agents select floors on screen, the model responds - residences are highlighted, and levels are singled out.

The building becomes something buyers can locate themselves, rather than just looking at a static model. This moment of recognition is where the decision begins to take shape.
The Jardin House display suite is generous in scale, and multiple Samsung tablets give the sales team independent control across the suite - LED walls, commercial screens, content, without any two conversations interfering with each other.

With Showcase powering the display suite experience, buyers can stop seeing Jardin House as just a concept, but start seeing it as a home.
